Annettia Brooks-Rankin

The Discipleship Project Student, Cohort 1 Annettia Brooks-Rankin is from Indianapolis where she has lived here since 2006. She is a Master of Divinity student preparing for pastoral ministry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Married to Ronald Rankin for 36 years, they have two children and one grand-daughter. Together with her son, she started the M.L. Brooks Foundation to send disadvantaged children and youth to Christian summer camp in honor of her own father and mother. Her religious background is varied. She grew up as the seventh of eight children to an itinerant Methodist preacher. As an adult, eventually she joined a non-denominational church and now is a Baptist. She loves the preached Word of God and believe CTS is preparing her to fulfill her calling to share this great Gospel through innovative ministries. She believes ministry that impacts the lives of people at their point of need produces the opportunity for them to strive to be better servants to all humanity.
