Michael Dodds

The Discipleship Project Alumni, Cohort 1 mdodds@cts.edu Michael Dodds has been a Master of Divinity student at Christian Theological Seminary since January 2011. At CTS he has been involved with the student group Affinity, is a member of the student council, and has starred in the 2012 and 2013 production of Passions: A Passion Play for Believers, Skeptics and the Third Millennium. He is a member of Central Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Indianapolis, Indiana and is currently serving as Student Associate Pastor at First Christian Church in Kokomo, Indiana where his focus is on growing the youth ministry program. He has previously served on the Young Adult Commission of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and in the summer of 2012 was an intern for Global Ministries/Division of Overseas Ministries where he worked with the Africa Department and was blessed to visit Global Ministries partners in Cuba as part of a People-to-People pilgrimage. Before responding to a call to ministry, Michael was a French and Spanish teacher working with both middle and high school students in Evansville, Martinsville, and Indianapolis. Michael spent five summers working in for Concordia Language Villages (a program of Concordia College) in both Minnesota and Georgia. Michael is a 2004 graduate of Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in French with a minor in Spanish. He also attended Boston University. Michael has studied in both Montpellier, France in 2003 and in Mazatlan, Mexico in 2007.

Michael graduated from CTS in May 2014.
