Are leaders who take time apart to engage in spiritual practices more effective in their leadership? Yes, and through this webinar, you will find out how. Learn how to recharge and improve your well-being by practicing the spiritual art of sanctuary, a process that can help restore and sustain your spiritual resources while realizing greater effectiveness in your leadership. By traversing a process of 7Rs—Retreat, Release, Reconnect, Review, Reflect, Recalibrate, and Return—you will learn a way-of-life process that deepens your spiritual life while demonstrating the importance of spiritual practice and how it fosters effectiveness in your leadership. Through sanctuary, you will learn the value of reflection and emerge with strategies that help you move faithfully forward. Thus, this webinar will provide a process for creating sanctuary and realizing effectiveness in leadership while restoring spiritual well-being.

The Reverend Dr. Debora Jackson is the Executive Director of the Ministers Council, ABCUSA.
