Transitions are a given in our own lives, our own ministries and in any living system. Sometimes the transition is part of an anticipated development and other times it happens in unexpected ways. In any case, there are perspectives, practices and disciplines that can help us to bring forth what “wants to emerge.” Clergy, clergy group facilitators and others will want to anticipate how we might intentionally and faithfully engage during times of transitions. Join us for a conversation on these issues with Larry Peers in this free PEN Talk webinar.

Lawrence Peers, Director of the Pastoral Excellence Network, has extensive experience in assisting clergy in taking a proactive stance in order to “lead from a different place” with a renewed sense of skillful purpose. As a former senior consultant with the Alban Institute and then as a director of the Pastoral Excellence Network, Larry leads national seminars for religious and helping professionals on mid-life and end-of-career transitions, facilitating innovation and aligning spirit and strategy in organizations. His background includes graduate degrees in psychology, theology, congregational studies and a doctoral degree in Organizational Change.
